I am very happy to offer an unreservedly positive endorsement of the service and workmanship delivered by F Woodrow and Son. We have had extensive work done on our cottage in Blakeney over the past 15 years by F Woodrow and Son including a major rebuild of an extension, re-roofing and decoration of the cottage, new windows, installation of engineered wood floors, the rebuilding of a traditional brick and flint wall and refurbishing of the bathrooms and kitchen. Quotations (always reasonable) have been delivered promptly and the scheduling of work executed as promised. The workmanship is first class and we have always found F Woodrow and Son very accommodating and professional in their interactions with us. In summary, for anyone seeking building work and refurbishment to be performed efficiently and to a high standard by an honest and trustworthy local family firm, I can recommend F Woodrow and Son without hesitation.

Woodrows have worked on our house several times over the last 15 or so years, both with large projects (re-roofing, building walls, working on an extension) and small ones (fixing leaks, clearing gutters, painting and decorating inside and out, and so on).

They are always good company and they complete the work to a very high standard. I don’t think I have ever been asked to pay more than they originally quoted.

They have also undertaken a lot of work for my parents, over a much longer period, and I know they have also been very happy with them.

I would recommend them to anyone who asked me, and I have.

Woodrows Builders were with us for seven months building a two storey extension to our detached house in Langham. We were living on site for most of that time.

Every member of the firm was professional, friendly, courteous and considerate towards both us and our neighbours throughout the term of the project.

We are very pleased with the final product both structurally and aesthetically.

The project management was excellent and the relationship that Woodrows have with subcontractors worked very smoothly.

Communication between us and the team was attentive to our needs. Any queries we had were addressed immediately and in good spirit.

Any unexpected issues were dealt with efficiently, reflecting the years of experience that this family business has accumulated.

We would certainly recommend (and have done) Woodrows builders to any prospective customers. You may have to wait for them as they are in demand but it’s worth it!
